Our first ‘Women’s Circle @ The Core’ is a fundraiser, to give back to an organisation who work tirelessly to provide a fun and adventurous place for all ages to gather in community. We can all see the dire need to promote healthy and active lifestyles in today’s world and here we’re branching into more wellness by collaborating to bring Women’s Circles into a regular space in Hereford.

My vision is to birth a new way of women and girls to come together where there is no fear of judgement, no competition with each other. Here we can learn how to share vulnerable stories in a safe container under the guidance of my Sacred Agreement to set the boundaries of how we can interact with each other with compassion, kindness without the need to fix, rescue, advise or project onto one another.

We as women and little girls can suffer so much from the conditioning that’s been put on us around being female from birth, along with the additional issues our hormones can cause through puberty, pregnancy, post natal time and perimenopause and menopause. It doesn’t take much to feel a little lost in ourselves in today’s busy world.

Women’s Circles are here to provide a space to let everything out. A space to reconnect to yourself and meet other like-minded women along the way. Creating a community within a community. Follow the link to book your space.
